Introducing: Pieces of Her

Every lesbian wants the Rainbow Family dream—the U-Haul on the second date, 2.5 kids, a legally recognized union, and successful careers. But no one talks about what happens when you get all of that and find out it’s not enough.

In “Pieces of Her,” you’ll take the journey with Naima as she is forced to pick up the pieces when everything falls apart. Her wife is unfaithful, her grant is cancelled, and her family only speaks to her when they need something. Can she walk away from the family that she carefully created? Is the answer in the arms of another woman? Or is she resigned to accept this all in the name of appearances?
