To woo me, you don’t have to be a many splendid thing
Have a trove of riches in trust or mutual funds to warrant my time
There are ladies more attuned to those manufactured, prefabricated lines
Simply, I’ve found…they just don’t make my heart sing.
I love diamonds as much as the next sister, but the bling
Corresponds with other characteristics that need be present
For the gift of my time, as I’m not a gold digger and her ring
Will never be accepted if she knows not how to mine the gold in my mind.
The Goddess knows great sex is something that must be addressed
Two as one in sensual caress is undoubtedly blessed,
Yet my body, my limbs, my erogenous zones
Follow my cerebral, my need to be lyrically entranced to be undressed
My climax titillated, stroked and honed
On the lips of a Lyrical Lady
Who owns my moans, my soul, my heart with the sensuality she meets
In the way she leads me mentally
To our boudoir of poetry.
Only she welds the poetic prowess to strip me
Make me climb the pole of her dic…tion
Stanza by stanza
Leaving me perennially high, sweating and won,
Elation engulfing me in unadulterated bliss
As she spits the rhythmical gist of why and how she adores me
Croons softly of the future she can see of us
If I am still enough
To feel her penetrate my soul with rhapsodic melodic intent.
For her, I’m bent
In any position that renders her content.
I want a Lyrical Lady
Whose lyricism leaves me shivering in the wake of the profound
In the way she puts it down
A lyricist
In whose hand a pen is softer than a quill
A lady unafraid to lyricize about loving and being loved
Unafraid of being touched without the touch-me-not duress
Of some too afraid our togetherness, woman-to-woman
Might remind her of what she binds, hides, contrives to disguise.
O tis true, I want a Lyrical Lady
You keep the looker and the shady
Give me that one
Gifted and skilled in the melodious will to unabashedly
Take me, command me, hypnotize me
With expressive thoughts and charismatic feelings
The one who breathes kisses that leaves me reeling
Under the pithy comforter of her free verse, sonnets, raps, limericks, haikus, songs and odes
Ooooooh yeeeeees!
